A. Customs Basic Definition
Customs refers to the official government agency that supervises and regulates all inbound and outbound shipments of a country or region. Every international parcel shipped to your destination must complete formal customs clearance procedures before delivery.
B. Buyer Tax Responsibility Statement
All import taxes, customs duties, consumption taxes and related official fees generated during customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Customs tax standards differ drastically across every country and territory. Our brand has no authority to alter local official tax policies, nor can we waive or cover any import-related charges incurred at destination. For detailed tax standards of your local area, please directly consult your local customs office for official information.
C. Product Price Tax Exclusion Notice
All prices displayed on our official website are product-only selling prices, which do not include any cross-border import taxes or customs duties.
Once your goods arrive at the destination port, customs may levy corresponding import duties, sales taxes and miscellaneous administrative fees (collectively referred to as Duties and Taxes). No matter when the courier or local customs charges you these fees, all expenses must be borne by the buyer.
D. Tax Payment Method & Limitation
All customs-related taxes shall be paid directly to the local logistics courier upon parcel receipt. We cannot pre-calculate, pre-charge or pre-pay any import taxes on your behalf during checkout.
- Tax amount is fully determined by local customs inspection and valuation standards
- We have no access to preview the exact tax cost before shipment
- Unpaid tax will result in parcel detention, return or disposal by customs
E. Drop Shipping & Gift Recipient Reminders
If you place drop-shipping orders or send dresses as gifts to third-party recipients, you must fully inform the receiver of potential customs tax obligations before ordering.
Recipients will be required to cover all import duties when collecting packages. Any disputes caused by unannounced tax costs shall be borne by the order placer alone.
F. Customized Customs Declaration Instructions
1. Pre-order Tax Research Suggestion
We strongly recommend all customers to look up local import tax rules of your country before completing payment, to fully understand possible tax costs in advance.
2. Custom Label & Declaration Requests
If you have reasonable requirements to lower import tax costs (such as special labeling, customized outer packaging, adjusted commercial invoice declaration value, special shipping mark settings), you may leave detailed instructions in your order notes or contact our customer service separately.
We will strictly follow your reasonable declaration and packaging requests to assist you with customs clearance processing within legal scope.
